We constantly have around 20 fantastic Makeover Photography shoots per month and as well as me finding some time to try out some great new lighting variations ( See the picture below taken of Laura last week ) and get to grips with having 2 beauty lighting dishes to use for that hot fashion look for the first time, Jane has been been taking a greater and more creative ” hands on” role in the shooting of the Makeover Photography shoots and has achieved some fabulous results and is producing some terrific wall art and canvas art from her shoots.

We also had a big boost in our creative juices as we attended the Annual Photographers Convention in London last month organised by the SWPP The society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. There we saw the best of the new makeover and fashion style shooting trends, which we will be implementing throughout the coming months. We are also now offering a short extension to our makeover photography sessions for those that would like some outdoor, woodland setting, location shots added on to their shoot.

Lastly on the Makeover Photography special offer’s front we have decided to continue on with our special £49.95 offer on makeover shoots and makeover gift vouchers – The usual starting price for a makeover photography session with us is £85 this includes the professional makeover and hairstyling, the shoot and the first 12″ x 8″ folder picture, these sessions proved very popular on the run up to Christmas, it’s true to say that most people choose to have albums, CD’s, Our new Facebook and IPhone video slideshows, or a picture for the wall but others just have the makeover session and shoot and choose a few extra prints and thats fine too. We have two great Mothers Day gift ideas, Mothers day is on Sunday 3rd of April so there is not too lonk to go, we often have Dads bring their small toddlers in for a surprise photo shoot and a special picture gift for mum on Mothering Sunday, we also have shoots set up by thoughtful teenagers who get a shot of the brothers and sisters to give to mum, particularly good if going away to university is coming soon.

Bearded Dragon Photgraphy
If you are looking for Photography of your bearded Dragons – We are ready, I have been taking photographs professionally for nearly 27 years and still occasionaly get asked to do something we have never done before. A smashing couple from Ludlow found us when they were looking for a wall portrait of one of them with their dog, we had arranged the shoot when Carl just happened to ask if we could take some pictures of his Bearded Dragons, now we had heard the name but had no idea what they were or what they looked like! Yes we were sure we could though, as long as they weren’t dangerous bring them along and lets see what we can do. Just a few of the results are below ( thanks Carl for letting us share these )

We ended up with one of the most facinating portraits I have ever taken of Carl with his wonderful Bearded Dragons “Lucy” and “Dave” We also love the one with Carl in Black and white and “Lucy the Bearded Dragon on his shoulder.
